Refund policy

Refunds are only available if the product is defective or if a return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please email us. The product must be shipped back to us within 7 working days, and it should be in its original packaging, condition, and tags. Items returned in different packaging or without tags will not qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours or before the product has been shipped (whichever comes first). Cancellations made after this period are not allowed and will require you to follow the return/exchange process.

After we receive the returned product and confirm that it is undamaged, we will notify you via email and initiate your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that a 5% service charge applies to returns that are not due to product defects. Before returning any items, including sarees, please contact us. Only after we receive and confirm that the product is in good condition will we issue an exchange or store credit.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, making them ineligible for a refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Petticoats

Buyers are responsible for the costs of return postage. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that any customs duties or charges associated with returns must also be covered by the customer.
